ZScore Calculator

The ZScore calculator application is used by pediatricians
to evaluate patients within the ages of 0 - 20 years old.

The application can do the following calculations:
* Get the z-score output of the patients weight for age,
stature/height for age, body mass index for age, head
circumference for age and weight for length.
* Render and plot z-score chart for visualisation aid.
* Blood pressure percentiles per age.
